Bio
Kelly J. Beach has the ability to see the athlete in every person. A trainer isn’t just someone who screams at you and tells you which weights to lift. Kelly knows that people come in with different experiences, and all different types of fitness levels, and that everyone requires a unique approach. She believes that anyone can be an athlete in their own way, and that, with the right plan and dedication, everyone can achieve their fitness goals.
Kelly is a managing partner at The Trainers Studio, and graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (1993). In addition to her academic pursuits, Kelly was a four-year starter on the MSU softball team.

With more than 20 years of experience, Kelly has trained clients from all walks of life. Men and women, adolescents to geriatrics, couch potatoes to professional athletes. Her clients know that, regardless of where they’ve been, it’s where they want to go next that makes the difference.

Kelly is skilled in post-rehabilitation training, sport-specific training, general-fitness conditioning, and weight management. Her personal areas of interest include balance training, agility enhancement, core development and explosive-power/plyometric training with an emphasis on sports such as softball, hockey, basketball, and volleyball.
